Intellisoft is dedicated to fostering societal advancement through technological enablement. Under the leadership of Founder and CEO, Mahammad Rafi, our ‘Tech for Good’ Initiative provides eligible charitable organizations with our core professional services entirely pro bono (at zero charge).
This strategic offering covers all development, implementation, and essential application maintenance services, effectively removing the financial burden of acquiring high-quality technology solutions. Our goal is to enhance the operational capacity and outreach of non-profits, enabling them to maximize their critical community missions.
🤝 Partnership Requirements: Operational Infrastructure Management
While Intellisoft contributes professional expertise at no cost, the success and sustainability of the deployed solution rely on a robust operating environment. Therefore, the participating charitable organization must assume full and direct responsibility for managing the supporting infrastructure.
The Charitable Partner is responsible for the following Operational Infrastructure Components:
| Component | Responsibility Detail |
| Servers (IaaS) | Procurement, configuration, and management of all necessary physical or cloud-based server resources required for application deployment and performance. |
| Data Governance & Storage | Implementation and oversight of data storage solutions, backup strategies, and ensuring rigorous compliance with all relevant data security and privacy regulations. |
| Proprietary Licensing | Acquisition and renewal of all mandatory licenses for specialized third-party software, operating systems, or databases not covered by open-source alternatives. |
| Operational IT Oversight | Provisioning the necessary internal or contracted technical personnel to maintain the environment, conduct system administration, and manage ongoing operational troubleshooting. |
Service Continuity and Withdrawal Policy
Intellisoft maintains stringent program governance to ensure resource allocation aligns with our mission and compliance standards.
Intellisoft reserves the unilateral right to withdraw the complimentary pro bono service provided to a partner organization. This right will be exercised judiciously for reasons including, but not limited to: sustained failure to uphold the defined operational infrastructure responsibilities; material breaches of security, legal, or data governance standards; or significant organizational status changes that conflict with Intellisoft’s corporate integrity policies.
In such circumstances, Intellisoft commits to providing formal notification and reasonable support for a defined transition period to ensure minimal service disruption.
